Ileana Lado is a first-generation Mexican-Cuban-American from the South Bronx, a place known for its resilience and cultural impact. As an artist, English teacher, and currently an educator at a museum in Brooklyn, she blends personal and historical narratives to explore diverse cultures and histories. Her work is driven by a vision of global solidarity, aiming to inspire a brighter future for all.
