Art for Palestine · Palestine Lives! Campaign · June 1 – December 31, 2026
Fund Real Art.take action.
Your generosity helps Palestinian artists and poets get paid for their work, brings our communities together through art, and keeps human creativity at the heart of the change we build together. Thank you for being part of it!
Why Supporting the Arts Matters More Than Ever
Human hands. Human stories. Human connection.
We live in a world where profit is often prioritized over people, creative expression is increasingly threatened, and entire communities are fighting to preserve their stories, histories, and cultural identities.
Supporting the arts is one way we can resist and put our values into action. Your donation creates real opportunities: honoraria for poets writing from Gaza, paid commissions for illustrators and designers, and opportunities for artists to publish and share their work with their names and skills recognized.
It also keeps us creating together. Through workshops, open studios, and community events, we bring people together to make art for the causes they care about, share resources, and create spaces where everyone has the opportunity to participate. Because when we invest in artists and our communities, we build more opportunities to connect, learn, and take collective action.

What your donation makes possible
Art as resistance. Creation as connection.
Artists
Pay artists for real work
We provide honoraria to contributing artists and poets in Gaza, recognizing their work, valuing their creativity, and helping sustain the creation of original art.
Community
Gather and create together
Workshops, campaigns, and events like Palestine Lives! and Chords for Change give our local community a place to create, share, and organize.
Culture
Resist Cultural Erasure
Our anthology, virtual exhibit, and archive preserve Palestinian art, history, and culture through the words and hands of those who live it, alongside those who stand in solidarity with them.
How funds are allocated
Where every dollar goes
Partner contribution: Denizens Society
10% of everything raised goes to Denizens Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting displaced Palestinian communities in Cairo, Egypt. This contribution is fixed and will be made whether or not we reach our goal.
Artist honoraria: Gaza-based contributors
Each of the 12 poets and artists living in Gaza who contributed to Patterns of Return and the Palestine Lives! 3D Virtual Exhibit receives a minimum $100 honorarium. If we reach our $10,000 minimum goal, each receives an additional 10% bonus.
