"I am a retired West Lothian GP, born 1961 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
At Dundee University I joined the World Development Movement but
never truly engaged as an activist nor a poet. I wrote ‘Do You See’ in
response to frustration at my own inaction, and that of our governments,
regarding the ongoing atrocities in Gaza, ever more clearly a genocide. I
was particularly horrified by the targeting of health facilities and health
workers."
